Stork Umweltdienste GmbH is able to produce industrially manufactured mineral mixtures.
Material processed by us serves as the starting material for this. The materials used include incinerator bottom ash, dredged material, aquatic sludge and building rubble.
The processed source materials are mixed and individually adapted to the respective application. In this way, high-quality substitute building materials can be produced for road and landfill construction.
HMVA
Depending on local conditions, processed incinerator bottom ash (HMVA) can be used as an unbound base course and frost protection layer under an impermeable surface course. Thanks to special processing methods, the HMVA produced by our company has road construction approval and is included in the list of quality-monitored manufacturers/suppliers of aggregates and building material mixtures of the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
Mineral substitute building materials
High-quality mineral substitute building materials can be produced from construction and demolition waste. Our company is able to produce a variety of different recycling products:
- RC crushed aggregate mixtures of concrete and brick washed in grain sizes 0/32 and 0/45
- RC grains made from concrete and brick washed in grain sizes 8/16, 16/32 and 32/45 (in some cases only on request)
- Soil substrates with different brick grain sizes on request
- Used flooring on request
- RC crushed aggregate mixtures Concrete in grain sizes 0/8 (crushed sand), 0/16 or 0/32
- RC backfill material from pre-screening 0/16
Other materials are also available in different grain sizes on request.
